Who we are
This website is run by Ventura Property Developments Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 08572960), Ground Floor Office, 97 Old Brompton Road, London SW7 3LD. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: fventura@venturaproperty.co.uk · 020 7854 1565.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the service you are interested in and your project brief. When you call or email us we receive the information you choose to share.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare a proposal and manage your project. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered by email through our web hosting provider (Bluehost). We may share project information with consultants or contractors working on your project, only where needed and with your knowledge. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client and project records are kept for as long as needed for the project, warranties and legal and tax obligations, normally up to 7 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics are running. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them. If we add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
